Wild Water World Buildings
Wild Water World buildings make up your raft city. The table lists all 49 with the player level that unlocks each one, the building it needs first, how many copies you can build, its max level and its products. Open one for upgrade costs, build times and effects at every level.
How building works
Buildings go on 161 fixed plots around your base; you cannot place them yourself. A plot appears as a faded outline once you reach its player level and the building under Needs built exists. Copies is how many plots a building has. Each copy has its own build cost and time (the "Building it" table on its page); all copies share one table of upgrades.
When the timer runs out, tap the building to finish it. It does not complete on its own, and the EXP in the Reward column arrives when you do. Speeding up building or upgrading with Diamonds costs 1.5 Diamonds per minute left, rounded up. A hero in the Building Speedup seat of the Command Center's Hero Assignment (from player level 6) shortens building times by a percentage.
Population is the number of residents on your base. It is a requirement, not a cost: an upgrade that asks for 225 population only needs you to have 225, and none are used up. You start with 3 and get more from Shacks (Small Shack, Medium Shack and Large Shack). The population cap starts at 10 and rises with Power Station, Hospital, Auditorium, Weather Station, Water Park, Internet Cafe and School. A Shack can only be built or upgraded if the residents it adds, counting Shacks still under construction, fit under the cap ("Population Cap Reached"), so build the cap buildings first. With every Shack and cap building at max level you have 1,317 population and a cap of 1,370.
Fishing Chair, Scavenger Ship, Diving Dock, Training Camp, Smelter, Marine Beast Training Camp and Silicon Ore Factory produce on their own; their Upgrades table has an Output per hour column. You collect the Training Camp, Smelter, Marine Beast Training Camp and Silicon Ore Factory by hand.
Factories make products in a queue and Farmland grows crops; their rules and every recipe are on Recipes.

About the Wild Water World Buildings list
Your raft city grows one building at a time. The list shows the player level each of the Wild Water World buildings unlocks at and any building that has to exist first. Open a building to plan its upgrades: the player level each level needs, the materials and time it takes and what it adds, such as population or storage. Production buildings also list every product, the building level that unlocks it and its cost.
Under the list are the population each Shack adds, the population cap and the buildings that open a game feature. Buildings, Population & Construction explains plots, speedups and population.
